I would think in order for this to stick. They would have to go after all the users of the web site. Why target only one person?

I think the reason is that you have to start someplace and sometimes examples have to be made in order to stop whats going on. Though it is sad to see a fellow pillager/brainerd women get to be the example it still needs to be done for the betterment of society

The judgement will be meaningless anyway, she won't have the money to pay.

I agree with this. Not only with she not be able to pay for it, but this will cause her to go on a government run operation to get food for her children which in return we,as tax payers, will be burdened with yet another person on welfare.
