2,400 Minnesota Soldiers Mobilizing To Kuwait In May

A One of the largest groupsA of Minnesota National Guard soldiers were just notified that they will be deployed to Kuwait in May to help with the final drawdown of U.S. forces in Iraq.

Love the soldiers and all their sacrifices, but this is subtraction by addition. Same way in Afganistan and Iraq. We were supposed to leave Iraq and the Joint chiefs gave Obama the option of add 40,000 or 20,000 troops. 30, 000 went, went for nothing, too. The military industrial complex is running US foreign policy - just like Dwight D warned us about. Not even the president can do anything about it. Billions spent with no end game, except war profits, at the expense of the working class: the youth get thrown abroad like kindling to start a fire and the remaining taxpayers foot the bill. The profits go to the war bond stockholders and military contractors and corrupt banana dictators. The economy has tanked because of the all guns theory and the wealthiest americans now control a bigger share of the wealth than anytime in it's 200 year history. And we are in more wars than at any other time, too. Sad state of affairs for america's working class. Go off to war, come back damaged and loose your home, too. We should be ashamed.

Now why would you send extra troops to down size the military occupation?

Minnestoa is NOT in KUWAIT, the USA needs to guard its own borders.

Helicopter shot down, 14 US invaders killed in Laghman

LAGHMAN, Jan. 22 – In the late night hours of Jan. 20, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate shot down one of the US invading forces’ helicopters, killing as many as 8 American invading troops during a night raid in Alishang district of Laghman province, Mujahideen official said on Saturday.

He added the US invaders backed by the helicopter hovering overhead raided a village known as Mil Darah in Alishang district later at night where Mujahideen had already taken up position, as a result, a clash broke out ended up killing 6 US invaders bringing the number of the American invaders killed both in the struck helicopter and during the firefight to 14, while 6 Mujahideen were martyred during the airstrikes and exchange of fire.
