Judged: 2 1 1 Hmmm, that's a thoughtful retort. I was questioning whether ANY mentally impaired person should be eligible to vote, no matter who they want to vote for. That's not a reasonable question to ask in your mind. Sorry, sir/madam, you seem like an angry individual for some reason. I can only surmise why that might be. |

Judged: 2 1 1 I'm glad you are such a happy and enlightened person. Coming out to discussion threads on the local news paper to express yourself with nouns such as "Demoncraps" is so indicitive of such a happy and enlightened individual. |

Well...the Democraps need all the help they can get!!
Why is it always Democraps doing voter fraud?!!?!? What are you all afraid of...a legitimate vote process?!!? DFL=Dumb Fn Liberals!!! |

To deny a citizen the right to vote is pretty serious business. Vague terms like "mentally impaired" are far to simplistic to be considered reasonable. There are civil commitment cases where this right is revoked. It doesn't need to be made easier to strip from individuals. |

This is what Communists (democrats) do.

Judged: 1 1 I'm sorry but if it holds than someone under the age of 18 is not competent to vote, I find it reasonable to consider the competence of mentally disabled individuals. I'm not suggesting across the board, but that some standard or litmus at least be considered and stated. Is it productive to allow a paranoid schizophrenically to vote or would it be more of a hit to electoral integrity. I'm not advocating that anyone be be denied rights, just asking for some reasonable consideration of competence be considered for those who are mentally retarded or otherwise mentally impaired to a degree that they cannot reasonably understand the issues or implications of their actions. Civil commitment would be a good standard. If the state has deemed you incapable of caring for yourself, you are probably not capable of reasonable participation in the electoral process. Yes, it is serious business and so is the integrity of the process. |

Judged: 1 1 1 Waaa, waaa, waaa....go cry me a river you big baby. We won in 2008 with Mr. Obama. We will win in 2010 too. Republi-thugz will not take over the US Senate. They might get close on the House. Now, this is Minnesota and we have a long and proud heritage of voting Democrat. That will happen again today. We will again own the House and the Senate along with every constitutional office - including the Governor's Office. Too bad for you. |

Democrats always use Judges to change election laws after an election when Democrats lose.
That's what happened in Florida and Minnesota. Judges don't have the power to make election rules that always favor sore loser Democrats. |

Crats.

Whay are mentally ill people even allowed to vote. Stupid people make stupid decisions: They probably would have voted DFL anyway...

"won?" really |

Hilarious, though very possibly true. |

Not even with ACORN voter fraud and the MSM in his pocket and millions of uneducated morons expecting freebies could Obama win the booby prize in 2012. Your statement is desparate and we all know it just like we all know the Dems are going to deservedly take a ugly thrashing today. I am going to enjoy all the raging tomorrow by the left, and by you and your SPPP co-workers. It was bound to happen. When the leftist minority pushes its agenda, the remaining 80% of the electorate doesn't want it, hence the Democratic ruin happening today. I wouldn't doubt if this is the last we hear of the annoying, noisy, corrupt left. You lose. |

Is this the "smooth as silk" result Richie is talking about?
