We drove from Brainerd to the Cities Sunday night and passed a car that was all over the road, clearly drunk.

Didn't see a squad car the entire trip.

Government is broke and putting up signs warning of DWI enforcement instead of rolling squads down the road.

Labor Day? We couldn't find a police care yesterday/Labor Day.
But today, the day AFTER Labor Day! Cops must have got the days mixed up. They were all over Saint Paul this morning when I went to a business breakfast.

And putting out squad cars all over the downtown a day late and a dollar short.

And there's less traffic the day AFTER Labor Day.

It's like the guy who lost his billfold in the dark woods. So he went looking for it in his back yard instead because the light was better.
