Buy your garbage on amazon have it shipped to your house and have a gas tank installed in your yard. Then you won't have to deal with retail They probably feel the same way about the miserable whiner you are!

2 different times I have pulled in to the Braidwood Ace 15-20 minutes before closing and the doors were locked and lights were dimmed. I stood right there staring at the "hours sign" and was wondering why nobody was standing at the register and why is the door locked???? The second time this happened, I stood at the door and called, nobody answered (not even an answering machine). Again it was 15 minutes before closing. I have heard other people complain about this also. Of course, this has been during the winter months, but-I didn't think the hours changed with the seasons-at Ace.
Also, I was informed by an employee, that the Braidwood Ace and Diamond Ace are not affiliated or associated in any way.(exact words said to me)"So basically, if you purchased an item at Brdwd Ace, you cannot return or exchange it at the Diamond Ace". I guess its not like Auto Zone or WalMart. lol
I have always been treated well when shopping at the Brdwd Ace. However, my father lives about a mile from the Brdwd store and he drives over to the Diamond store. He says you have better luck finding what you need at the Diamond store.
To each his own, I guess...

I have bought things at the braidwood ace and returned it to the coal city one so unless that's new they do accept returns
