Inspired by Harriet Williamson and the G-Shaft candy story, Garden Gate in Braidwood partners with the Museums of the History Coalition to recreate old fashioned candies of yesteryear. The name Black Diamond Candy pays tribute to the areas coal mining heritage. Proceeds benefit the coalitions member museums.

Black Diamond Candy on sale now! Order online or stop into the Garden Gate.

Dan's Candies in Joliet bought the original recipe and you can buy the candy in their stores.
