How about not? St. Jude's helps a very small percentage of people. If you truly have money to give, give it to an entity who will help many not a select few. St. Jude's gets more money than people could ever dream. I would recommend waiting for the upcoming holidays and giving it to an organization that provides for children who will go without.

Obviously you have never had. a child who was diagnosed with a form of cancer! St Jude does way more for the good of all children than you realize.Millions are spent on research! Research that might one day find that cure many are hoping for. I doubt the person starting this thread really has money they are wanting to give away. Sounds like another post to get negative feedback on churches. May God bless this person if they are genuine, but may God forgive them if they are here for the sole purpose of causing trouble.

This money was given to me by a friend that just passed away I promised him to give it to a local church. Sorry to say the one I attend are having money issues I know is due to bad stewardship they need the money but I have to do as my friend wanted. I know of a ton of people and places in need but it must go to a church.

You have a noble task at hand. there are many very good churches in Milan...pray earnestly about where the money should go and wait for an answer from God ...bless you!

I went to an auction last week put on by First General Baptist Church from Milan It was held here in Gibson. The proceeds were going to help needy families this Christmas. I don't attend this church but if your friend really wanted it donated to a church this might be a good option since they also reach out to the community.

What about a recently passed away small business man Mike Thetford's church?- his church would certainly do the right thing with the money - please google his death June 2012 at the age of 51. A good man with a good heart, I would trust ANY church he attended. He was a native of Milan, as were his parents.
Thank you for your consideration.

Daily Horoscope for June 19

Libra

Going shopping today? Then don't be surprised if you splash out on items that are that little bit different from your usual purchases. For instance, if you set off for the supermarket you might end up buying lots of exotic ingredients so you can experiment with them. This is unlikely to get out of hand unless you're feeling bored or fed up, in which case you'll want to spend your way out of your current mood.
