I'm posting this on here to accomplish my goal of getting the word out in the Bradford community on a very sad situation. Right now I should be shooting hoops, walking the trail, maybe lifting weights. But, instead I am bed ridden. In my senior year at UPB I sustained an injury which has resulted in me having a broken back. This injury is a direct result of the advice taken from a professor at the school. Bad advice. Anyone with an internet connection can look up the NSCA stance on plyometrics, the exercise I was performing, and see that they advise that anyone over 220 pounds should not perform the exercise. At the time I weighed about 250. I believe this and other factors that were neglected to be brought up are the reasons I am in constant pain and can no longer run, jump, anything and walk with a limp. Now I've already filed suit against UPB but the Mckean county courthouse might as well be a subsidiary of UPB. I need legal help. I need help in getting my story out there as to make sure the policies that landed me in this situation don't get another student's life ruined. There's a lot more to this story than meets the eye. If anyone can help please reply.

Look if you have read this and are able to help in any capacity please reply. If we can keep another family from enduring what mine has then we have done something really good. Thank you.

The agony of off-the-record 'teachers pick' status can begin in elementary school, when teachers and other school personnel make mental reference to historical records with regard to perceived information stored in student brain/memory (student "genetic endowment" or other input)-- especially here in this region where reverse-polarity Tun'a Creek phenomena has yet to be properly documented, and where the surname 'Confer' is found.'Teachers pick' status can be correlated with school personnel personal/professional advancement ambitions.

Friction sores -- UPB overenrolls because BAHS has overenrolled in the past, with concomitant disease and death rate such as CANCER.

Further example: following telephone complaints to local police about overcrowded conditions in some Bradford Are School District classrooms in the 1960s and 1970s, NOTHING IS DONE to address the 'overcrowding' problem; in fact some UPB classrooms continued the overcrowding pattern into the 1970s, such as one of Stahlman's 'Sociology' classes scheduled in Hamsher House large room packed with armchair seating wall-to-wall where spacious student accommodation was intended (who's in jail generations later, not elder Stahlman sitting on desktop to give lectures); windows were opened to breath AND as possible escape jumps.

Wot a start, UPB Business -- secret/private etymological study of the word 'hackneyed' has occasioned the little-by-little horrifying death of James Thomas Hackemer, finalized with a fall from a roller coaster ride. Still bowing to demands to engineer shredder-type home trash-masher machines?

Is Bradford also 'Little Spain'? Spanish-language 'live-wire' linkages surface in city public library (BAPL), where one notebook-PC has crashed down onto and broken a glass table-topper.
