This man should of been laid off when they had a investigation about his conduct,nobody should be treated like he treats his fellow workers,he knew his son had a drug problem when he was hired at the port,rules were broken then and many more broken since,even though he returned some items,the son should of been fired imediately,this man has gotten away with too much
