Trash prices going up

Well it didn't take long for your same old elected leaders to put the screws to their people after they got elected. The next council meeting they are going to be passing a rate increase on trash pickup for residents 4% and business 5% in a year and extending the contract without a bidding process to waste management. I wonder who has ties to waste management I would have to say LOZANO does. Lozano and Garcia wait til after the election to stick it to their citizens in a recession time. Then Teri Muse who was their political advisor for the election is getting a 900,000.00 make me more green at morgan park. I can't believe the money dumped into this center and it still looks the same. I really wonder why they can't help the people fix up their houses and make the rest of the city better. This center gets 1 to 2 million every year but where does most of the money go? Who is paying to have more trees and plants trimed and watered we do with more taxes added on. Wait the tax increases will come next year. Thanks to the people who sit and complain but didn't get out and vote you have the same old crooked leaders in place again. Make a difference come to the council meetings and no their is no more free meals the election is over come because you need to see for yourself how these idiots spend your money.

I read the current agenda and this person is 100% corrct the council is voting on raising the trash prices and extending the contract without a bidding process this is illegal.
