Soylent green was a great movie with Charleton Heston. With that as a model Pibb can lead us far .

Wow! I didn't see this coming. I am deeply honored by the faith you people have in my honesty.
This may have been started as a lark, but it seems to have the seeds of truth behind it.
Tell ya what, give me some time and I will come up with a platform and see what people think.

Ok. Bear with me because I am not a professional speech writer, or giver for that matter. So it may jump around a bit.

I will build my platform on the Constitution of the U.S.A. and Kentucky's standing Constitution.
Anyone that has seen my posts on here, know that I never back down from a fight. I promise that when I take that oath, I will stand by it with every fiber of my being. I am not a greedy man, nor do I seek unlimited power. I want what everyone wants, the American Dream returned.

The big debate right now is gun control and the safety of our children.
I believe we should put vetted armed guards in all of our schools. If the money isn't there, then we take volunteers until the money can be made available.
I will push to make gun carry available to all who qualify. Both open and concealed.
I will work to make gun classes available to Juniors and seniors in high school. This will come with the necessary permits and licenses to purchase a weapon upon graduation. And gun courses made affordable to adults.(Background checks will still have to be done of course)

The drug problem; I do not use drugs. I have smoked pot in the past though.[*GASP*] I also see no real problems with it. I would work to legalize it. Pills and meth, etc. are another issue all together.
I say we build a compound with no buildings, just fences, and put all our meth makers, dealers, pill pushers, and hard core junkies in it. Since many don't eat or drink much, our restaurant waste should be ample to feed them. And whatever clothes thrown out by the hope center to cloth them.
Guards to patrol the fences with orders to use deadly force on any attempted escapes.

As many times as needed, I will put the alcohol debate on the table. And up for citizen vote. Out of reach of influence by local bootleg thugs.

The economy around here is a mess. I will do what I can to bring industry back to my district. I don't know how yet, but I promise to find out.

Anything I have left out? Feel free to ask.

I know this is all unfeasible as hell. But most of you know I am not afraid to speak my mind. And can you just picture their faces when confronted by my smart ass attitude? You can't BS a BSer.
I'm not FROM here, so the "good ol boy" program won't work on me.
In all honesty, I'd love to set my ass down and debate issues with those clowns at the capital!
Thank you
Pibbstraa

First we have to clean up the drug problem. I feel we have been passed up by many companies because of it. Then we have to have something to offer companies to entice them to located here.
Any suggestions?

Hope it's on a warm day. Air would get a little thin if it was inside.

I need a campaign manager. Someone to handle donations.
Someone to make up T-shirts, hats and bumper stickers. And oh yes, YARD SIGNS!
Probably need some security.

I refuse to be a suit and tie man. Need one of those t-shirts that looks like a suit.
