I've never had another carrier in 12 years--only Sprint--and I used to LOVE them. I rarely had problems, but when I did, they were always so concerned & accommodating--actually a pleasure to talk to. Also, I worked 3 years for Sprint in the 90's--the training was intense & NOTHING was more important to Sprint back then than keeping their customers happy. A few years later when I decided I needed a cell phone, I never considered another company. The service was fine & I got the same great customer service that I'd been trained to GIVE as an employee. Then about 2005 things started going downhill, & now they have got to be the worst carrier out there!! What the hell happened?? You all say that ALL the carriers suck; I don't know that, but I can believe it. So why do so many people still f**k around with these criminals? I'm definitely going to a no-contract co when my Sprint "contract" is up,(if not sooner). Screw their ETF!!

It seems to have improved some. Anybody else notice?
Yeah, I did (sorta). After spending a couple hours or more on the phone with them almost weekly since June 2012 & finally having my "service" cut for non-payment for 2 mo, I finally got it restored by somebody who actually took half an hour to listen to me & adjust my bill. The same problems picked up where they left off, but I just got someone to credit me $25 for each of the next 2 months. Not bad, but I DON'T WANT DISCOUNTS, I WANT RELIABLE PHONE SERVICE, w/ all the bells & whistles I agreed to pay for!!

How about 3 or more texts coming in all out of sequence? Every Sprint victim I know has that problem when they're receiving a bunch of texts from another Sprint victim. And it NEVER happens when the texts are coming from an AT& T customer.(I never get texts from anyone w/ any of the other companies, so I can't say for sure, but it certainly appears that Sprint doesn't have the ability to send or receive texts properly) And I really love getting a text from "Unknown" that says "Message not found", or one from 923-0 that says "The message could not be delivered due to a temporary network setup error. Please try later. Error 2112" WHAT MSG WAS IT??

We got fed up with Sprint. Not only was the coverage shotty, but price seemed to climb higher every month. We switched to T-Mobile and have been happy, so far.

Just wondering how everyones service has been the past few days? Mine is terrible. I'm just nowing getting text messages and missed calls showing up on my phone today that were sent yesterday morning. This crap is really getting old. The only thing that is stopping from switching companies is sprints packages, but if the service sucks what good is it.
