So.....I contacted lawinjury.com , and they told me that there is no ongoing investigation and /or litigation by area residents against Exelon.
All the information that I can find about the wells(Private and Godley Park Dist.)that were EPA tested were found to be "NON-DETECTS" That means that even though there may have been a trace tritium amount.....that amount was WAY below the bottom of the "allowable" limit.
Since I have lost track of what the real issue may be here...I will wait for further comment from others.

I'm sorry but you are misinformed...There is a lawsuit against Exelon being headed up by Lisa Madigan. lawinjury.com is not the only law firm working on this. Also There were at least 3 residential wells that had above the allotted amount of Tritium in them. Also some of the homes, and land that are contaminated, were bought out by Exelon. With more pending. You must remember not all info is out there for the public. I feel we must agree to disagree on this. If you are serious about finding info you must dig, dig, and dig some more. You must also remember you can't always believe what you read. It's what you don't see that tells the truth.

If there is a major problem that has been proven to be causing all of these odd forms of cancer, why hasn't this law firm jumped on the band wagon with this. These lawyers love these types of things as they get usually 20% tp 30% of the total courts dictated amount which is usually in the millions, as payment for thier legal fees. It's also a big huge feather in thier hats too.
I have been hearing about Tritium for over 5 years now, so there has to be a reason why things regarding this issue is so slow on the uptake.
Either there is no viable proof that the amount of Tritium that has leaked is dangerous, or someone is being paid off big time. Either way, this is not making any sense at all.
While my heart goes out to the folks that are supossedly being effected by all of this, I find it hard to believe someone, somewhere has not jumped onto the bandwagon on this one as soon as news about it came to light. There are vultures out there just waiting to make the big $$$$ over just such a thing.
