Aspen Properties in Bozeman has been completely negligent to my rights as a tenant. I was a good tenant, paid rent on time, all bills on time, all repairs notified promptly, left the house spotless and in better condition than when we moved in. Yet they have yet to give me my deposit, 6 weeks after moving out. They are not only competely perfunct regarding utilities management and attending to home repairs, but they lack any consideration for their tenants. They give false promises, never call back, repeatedly lie and basically deny your rights flat out. Horrible, completely unprofessional and unreliable property management company. Thank goodness we will never have to put up with them again. I advise that you do the same and stay away!
