First (and last) visit to this store and first thoughts were "What a joke." Employees not very knowledgeable about anything rc and extremely small selection and variety. I was looking for a servo horn and a few rc truck parts,I had to ask three employees before I got anyone that knew what I was talking about. I thought this store catered to rc hobbies, I would have been better off going to a comic book store. I normally don't post a negative review and just don't return to a business if I don't like it but the staff was rude and pissed me off. You would think someone that cared about customer service would try to help if they didn't have something simple a customer was looking for and not chase them away. I will drive to Billings or mail order anything thing I need before I return to this business again.

THis is a flat out lie. There isnt even 3 employees. theres two and they know everything there is to know about RC everything. They have boats, planes, offroad trucks, crawler trucks, helicopters, and they know everything about all of them. Go check em out. They even have an indoor track and will have an outdoor rock course this summer.

They have good stock and can get cheaper prices than most internet sites. I would recommend going when the mechanic is there. He knows his stuff.

Went to the store to pickup a few bottles of paint. This was the first time I have been in the store. I have not put a model car together in a number of years, and now my oldest child is old enough to start a hobby.
I go in the store and notice two people who appeared to be employees. One was an older gentleman behind the counter on the computer. The second was a younger adult who was stocking things on the shelf and would periodically go to the counter and talk to the gentleman behind the counter.
I did not know where the Testors paint was located so I had to wander up and down the aisles several times to try to find them. Not one time did anyone ask if I needed assistance. I eventually noticed other people in a back room looking at RC planes. I found the paint there. I took my $11 in merchandise to the counter and the older gentleman did not even acknowledge my presence. A female walked in the store and he greeted her (it was obvious they knew one another). The younger adult eventually saw me standing there and came to check my items out.
Needless to say, the customer service was terrible. I am highly dissapointed with this hobby store and I will not return there, but drive past the store and continue to Bozeman for my supplies.
