Dear Jack and the rest of the Kleminich family,
My sincerest condolences in the loss of your Dad and grandfather. Mike was the best coach anyone could hope for, and an amazing force of life. He gave me faith in myself -- a huge gift. And as a manager of Shrewsbury girls softball back in the 80's I witnessed that he was one of the few adults in the Shrewsbury school system that gave hope to so many. Both the young men and women in his charge benefited from his council.
Mike had an understated way of conferring his belief in his charges.
A raised eyebrow, a pat on the back, and then a very sincere "You can do it kid."
That went a long way. And he never said it without meaning it.
I am so sorry for your loss.
