He has many changes since becoming sheriff, if you can call him that. Inmate rights are violated everyday. Officer are in fear for there safety and job. Glodis is never at the jail he has left Turco in charge a lawyer who wants to be a judge. I feel bad for the state if he becomes a judge he is the cause. Housing changes have lost beds and put officers safety at risk. THE OFFICERS AND INMATES NEED THE PEOPLES HELP.

The jail and house of correction don't need money or even more beds just a sheriff who knows what he is doing. He wants to act like he tough on inmates, thats great be fair to. He says they have to earn good time and then doesn't allow them to not offering classes or programs by locking down the building so inmates can't go.
