Hello. My husband and I are looking to buy a house on church street. The wetlands scare us! Anyone own a home nearby that can give us peace of mind?

Great area ....close walk to downtown, lots of older homes with "charm", neighborhood feel, gets even better as you get further from rt. 20

I assume you're talking about church street in Clinton, Ma, since you posted on the Clinton Forum. There are no wetlands on church street. The low lying flood areas in Clinton, are down by Water/Vale Street, and Branch/Green St.. The Nashua river overflows every so often, as it di about 10 year ago.
