An presumably appellate Supreme Court just told the Mayor of the PA town that his Illegal Immigration Act was well unconstitutional but we have immigration officials getting paid 40K and 50K to ask questions about christmas trees?
This is ridiculous. The problem with America which I love dearly...too much government intervention. It is going to be the downfall of our great nation. Education (government) is probably going to be privatized, foster care and child protective services (privatized) not that they are doing such a great job either ...frankly the government oversight is zero to nothing...
I have no idea the solution but what we have is simply not working.
For some reason, the illegal immigration much like the homosexual "issue" just doesn't bother me. I am more concerned with China purchasing billions of dollars worth of oil rights in Africa while we still beg Muslim countries. I am more concerned that a large percentage of the food I am eating is processed in China and a only small percentage of it being regulated via Customs because there are not enough custom officials to inspect goods.
I am more concered about the thousands of Russians that came into this country during the 80's and are still on government welfare. I am really concerned about this homeless begging problem in Fort Lauderdale.....
I am going to buy a Yurt. Was going to buy a mobile home but apparently they have some sort of toxic chemical problem.

This is a TYPICAL way to earn extra $$$ to marry any immigrants to establish an US Residency in South Florida, especially the folks from South and Central America. Just take a trip to any of the Central and South America Countries, the wealthy families will offer for any price to marry their sons and daughters to gain a legal US residency status. Colombia, Venezuela and Brazil are the hot spots for marriage proposals.

The insurance is probally in my stepsisters name by now and she may be lyin to the fbi in her state because at 16 I went to the authorities in texas because i was being molested .the dea heard everything and instead of arresting the pharmacist or tryin to help my stepdad they left me here to be guarded like fort knox .prayin isat as everyone around has went on with their life while ive lost everything tryin to save someone who molested ,me.i cant hire an attorney they keep my phone tapped and fly planes over my head to intimadate me .Im prayin texas will help me soon.or someone .My husband has been seeing a woman in Venzsuela and went away for two weeks he knows i cant do anything about it,he twisted my wrists after he took money from me and told me to prove it which is what my sister said about the robery ,the dea is a pharmacist best friend ,they even shut down walgreens to keep me from geting a transcript of where the cancer doctor had me on fentanyl .They tell the doctors what to do and have even ran me off the road tryin to get to the police station .,im just left to die ,,,If god saved my stepdad and i was prayin hard maybe he willsend someone to help me ,if u read this its true so help me god ,and I like my stepdad am helpless.i cant hire a lawyer i watched as my entire world fell apart .I lived in Jasper texas as a girl and was happy there I had a boyfriend whose name was jimmy he committed suicide a few yrs ago .never married or had kids .after all my husband has done its like he is the antichrist and this is hell,I cant even dream anymore because it would have been of jimmy, I know when i die i will see him and it sadens me to think a 24 year marriage could have been ruined by the dea .but it was .

I would like to say that this problem is VERY common. I am currently in this situation, and it is a nightmare (especially for the people who find out too late). I was fortunate because I found the lies on my computer. I withdrew his application last week, and his hearing is set for 9-11...how ironic for a middle eastern man! The judge must have a sense of humor.

I was married 5 years ago, to whom I thought was the love of my life and he played the role so well, I thought we had the perfect marriage, I just found out he has been having an affair all these years with the woman he left back in Uruguay. I need to report this, I want his residency taken away, he used me, my family and all I ever owned. Any suggestions?? Please help.

Maybe you should contact an immigration attorney and see if anything can be done. Does he work? If Florida's an alimony state, divorce the sob and make him pay back some of what he has taken from you. Divorce him, no matter what.

You will have to file for divorce then report your intent to divorce to your local immigration office (copy of the filing). If he has his residency based on your marriage and it was never upgraded to a nonconditional status then the divorce will nullify his status. If his status has already been upgraded then it may be a lost cause. On the devious side, file the petition with the court, file a copy of the petition with your local immigration office and if he is still living with you wait until he is in the shower and remove that green card from his wallet and destroy it. He will have to apply for a replacement and by then it should be flagged in the computer.
