Sounds like SHANK slipped out of DODGE before the fact-finding report is aired! Accepting nearly $30,000 less at her new position doesn't sound like our TRACY!

What a class act. Leaving town under the cover of darknes. Most have something to hide. Hope she took the $ 100,000.00 piano and stadium plans with her. What a great day for students and teachers in SESD.

I think the investigation should still release their findings even if Shank has left. She may have escaped justice but the public still deserves the truth!

Are you serious?! Look at the position that district is in!!! This is unheard of. Losing one or two administrators, you could potentially point the finger at them. Losing this many, blame your board. All PARENTS should be asking themselves what is going on.

I have seem RM in public and he appears arrogant, rude, and condescending.

These boards seem to be at one extreme or another, either giving the sups. their way 100% of the time or battling everything!!! There needs to be a middle ground.

We shall see what comes of this, but my preference would be for a superintendent who is paid under 125-thousand dollars, heck under 120-thousand to save some money.

I don't feel so comfortable with Linda Estep in the picture here. I hope her job is hiring only and money isn't part of the picture.

At Central, Dr. Estep was a major force behind the new high school, its athletic facilities including artificial turf and the swimming pool.

She may have given Central "Taj Mahal" facilities, but she better not be involved in any "Taj Mahal" salaries for any hiring of new principals.

Heck, she has her 140-thousand or so pension now and now a 75 dollar an hour job on the side. She isn't doing bad in this deal.

for South Eastern. It is unbelievable the amount of news coverge SESD receives. How embarrassing for them. Losing all of these administrators will cause difficulties for the students, parents and teachers. Wake up School Board. You are bullying your administrators and now the loss should be blamed on you.
