A young man name Tyrone Carmicheal found the Reavis girl in that muddy water pulled her out and laid her on the ground.people responsed very fast in helping her!!!!!!

Did it happen over the summer??? If so, A friend of mine was there helping with the resuscitation. She's doing good from what I hear.
