Two of three school-funding measures were failing in western Wisconsin referendums late Tuesday, but in a nonbinding referendum, voters signaled support for a new Hudson-area library.

Unbelieveable, we don't even know the exact cost or the source of the funding. Nothing like passing something with speculation on fund raising and no solid facts.
