1 At least he is following his dream...not everyone can live in the city. hooterville, you are just plain mean... |

Hmmmm. A "hippie" with short hair and a cowboy hat, huh? Oh, he has a beard. Or is it because he is environmentally conscious? The man is actually doing something constructive, and should be encouraged and applauded for it. It takes a lot of courage to take that put everything down on that sort of a risk, and I wish him well. David Anderson, if you need any advice as you undertake this project ... or think you can provide any guidance to others with similiar plans ... regarding the agricultural end -- growing hops, barley, or brewing-herbs -- please know that http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Grow-Hops is a group with specializes in the combined interests of gardening/farming and brewing beer, and we now have 2,093 members. Cheers. Bill Velek |

I know Mr. Anderson and he isn't what I'd call a hippie. Just a guy with a guy. That's still allowed isn't? David I wish you the best and I hope your hop farm is successful. Though as a brewer you know I'll take you to task on getting it done right...
Sorry Hooterville didn't see the light... |

Best of luck Dave! Sounds like my dream too, and I'll have to visit the farm someday and fine out what that 'god's country' place is that hooterville was refering to.'cuz I know that Novato sure isn't it.
