West Rowan Middle School student killed in ATV accident

A 12-year-old West Rowan Middle School student died Tuesday from injuries he received when the ATV on which he was riding struck a tree in Robeson County . via Salisbury Post

I was a close friend to Alex and we used to always hang out in the school dances when we were in the sixth grade. I am really sorry!

I wasnt close personal friends with Alex but most of my friends were and it was a very tragic loss for the whole county. I think with in a day of the accident everyone new what had happened. We are still raising money for Alex's memorial at our school. He was a great kid and iI give all my love to his family and friends.
