This happened on 15/401 JUST over the state line. It was horrible.
The only thing I can think of as justice is the hell this man lives with in remembering each day what his actions cause, or the hell he will experience later by NOT remembering each day what his actions caused.

I saw where someone had written about Frank's wife and the Dr's she works for. They are not Plastic surgeons, they are general surgeons who do amazing work. They also DO NOT suport Frank in ANY way!! They are as disgusted with this system as are all of you. Frank's wife has been kept in the dark more than any one and we can only hope that once he goes to prison she will finally be free of the hold he has on her and leave him. She is a decent and kind person who would never hurt anyone. She just married a compulsive liar and druggie. Frank is enjoying his lifestyle and money for the time being but there is NO way his crimes will go unpunished! Here or in heaven.

Is it true that he has been sending money to the families of his victims? Because that is what he tells his family and friends.
