Third teen sought in Georgia sniper attacks

Two college students were taken into custody in a series of sniper shootings in several counties and a third man is being sought.

Like I've mentioned before, bringing back THE GEORGIA CHAIN GANG would solve many of these type of problems!
But..........the pointy heads "experts" tells us that punishment of that type has NO redeeming value, well it sure as hell did back in the fifties!

They didn't go back! No exceptions......period!
