Congratulations on your super store concept. However, I do not care how super the store is if you do not start hiring better quality employees. Case in point; I occasionally go to the Bi-Lo on Albemarle and Farm Pond Lane. Many of these trips are to pick up lunch. Well, you can stand there for an indefinite period of time with the employee looking you in the eye and making no attempt to speak or serve you. You can finally speak loudly enough to get their attention but their enthusiasm serving you is non existent. It seems to be more of an inconvenience and they make no attempt to hide their feelings.
Yesterday, Saturday, I went to the store at 6:30 PM needing some grocery items and two transactions at Customer Service. I was told Customer Service was closed. I was stunned that any store especially a grocery store would close Customer Service!
Other Bi-Los I have visited are somewhat better but employees never smile, never ask if they can help and act like they would be anywhere but there.
Bottom line; that was my last trip to a Bi-Lo. There is way too much competition in Charlotte to expose myself to this atmosphere.
Again, good luck with your super stores but I will never see the inside of one.
