They are ok. If you like overly sweet stuff with tons of frosting they are the place for you. No doubt they will do well since so many people like deserts like this. But speaking for myself I find their stuff to be way to sweet and have way to much frosting. But you can always take it off. Their menu changes daily so go their site and see what they have and what day they are serving it so you can give it a try.

I went there last week and the workers weren't very nice. They need two registers instead of one and it gets crowded and uncomfortable in the dining/ordering area. The cupcakes were good, but the employees seemed kind of snobby. It would be nice if they had a deal where you got a discount for 6 instead of 12... plan on paying $3.00 a cupcake!!!

I agree bout the workers, I went there one time and the 2 girls who were workin there were pretty rude! The cupcakes are ok, but too much for me!$3.00 a cupcake is very high! If I get bad service somewhere, I usually won't go back! I have some friends and family who do like the place tho, so to each is their own!

The frosting is WAY too sweet, but the cake part was very fresh and tasty. If they could just tone down the sweetness by half they would have an amazing cupcake that was actually worth $3. I will personally be going to Imagine Cakes for my cupcakes from now on. They are off the square downtown BG. I have had the champagne and mimosa flavors and they were the best I have ever tasted!

I think they are way over priced @ 3.00 a cupcake. Maybe if the cupcake itself was larger I could see paying $3.00 for one. If you are a fan of icing though, you will probably love it.

I have tried the cupcakes and I think that they are just absolutely wonderful!!! Come on now, they are cupcakes...they are supposed to be too sweet....I work close and have been in there several times and I think the girls are wonderful. They are extremely busy and I have stopped to speak to them and they are nice. And for an occaisional treat,$3 isn't a bad price

I am not trying to be negative about this new shop. Obviously they are doing well as it looks busy everytime I am by there. I just wanted to express that for my taste the frosting is just way too sweet. The cake part of the cupcake was delicious, awesome and out of this world and I don't mind to pay $3 for a cupcake that delicious. But for my taste the frosting could be toned down just a "tweak" and it would taste much better in my opinion. But I do wish them luck!

It really is a case of personal preference. I really like the icing; it's very sweet and there's a lot of it.

It's worth $3 for me because I like the different varieties, and although they're not huge cupcakes they are so rich that it would be hard to eat a larger one.

For kids, though, a cupcake is a cupcake. Run across the street to Kroger and get a half dozen cupcakes for $3 for the young ones.

I went in on Valentines day and was buying 6 cupcakes to deliver to different children at school, when I asked for them to be put in separate boxes the girl rolled her eyes and dropped my cupcakes in sideways, I understand they were extremely busy but any business making money in this day and time should have nothing but smiles and happiness that the door is constantly opening! To not have the worry of business being closed for good should be complete satisfaction! I should of just asked for a refund but didn't because my nieces and nephews wanted a gi gi's cupcake for valentines so I just bought them and left, but that was the first and last time I will ever walk through those doors again

Bad employees are everywhere. Most places I shop have some employees that are interested in everything except making the customer happy.

I do let customer service have an influence on my shopping decisions, but if I let that be the only factor then I'd never shop anywhere.

Yeah, well, since I had bad service there, I don't have to go there again, I don't need their cupcakes that bad! And to add to that, Both of the girls who were workin there were rude! Usually if you go somewhere and get rude service, it is usually only one person, not in this case, I have also had others who have said the samethin! I will go to Krogers and get my cupcakes, more for the money and taste alot better, most of the time, they are pretty nice! Lookin forward to Dunkin Donuts tho!!!

Red velvet cupcake was stale and I won't go back. Small cupcake and huge amount of icing. Not worth $3.18.

took my mom there for her birthday we had never been there and the girl working behind the counter took her time to explain the difference in the cupcakes and was very nice even stuck a candle in one of them when we told her it was my moms birthday. 3 dollars is a little high but as a treat once in a while its not bad
