Yes Tom Poole is very good. He used to work on the other side of the Social Security Disability determination and he knows what they look for and what is required. I would get him even before applying because from what I understand, unless you are near dead, one usually gets denied.

I would recommend Mr. Poole without hesitation nor reservation.

Go straight to the SS building and file. I did this and got disability in three months with out an attorney.

Thanks. I have already filed on-line. I am just getting prepared for a denial. I have also heard that Debra Broz is good. Best Way-if you don't mind me asking-what disablity do you have?

My husband got Debra Broz she had a hearing which was denied. She told him to file again and it was approved immediately. Payment started 6 months later. She also got his back about 19 months backpay. She has about a 95% success rate that is why he chose her.

I have a brain tumor and just got denied. Looking for an attorney myself. Thanks for this post. It sickens me people that fake disabilities to get checks, but there are some that honestly are having problems and can't get it.

wanna know why she has a 95% success rate? Because disability attorneys ONLY TAKE CASES THEY THINK THEY CAN WIN. Because they ONLY GET PAID IF THEY WIN. they don't take cases of people who aren't really disabled as they know they won't get paid. This is fact.

Unfortunately all brain tumors do not qualify for disability. It depends on the type of tumor, if malignant or benign and the grade of the tumor. You can look all this up yourself at SS's website and see if the type of tumor you have qualifies you or not.

My mom is blind and she can't get disability but I know someone who is perfectly healthy & she goes in there acting crazy and she got it! My mom's doctor told her that if she didn't get her disability it was because they didn't look over her chart. Which I guess is right because she got denied. Goodluck!

I was disabled by spinal Stenosis. It required extensive surgery . I compiled all my medical records and X rays in chronological order and made an appointment at the Soc Security office. I received all kinds of advise from well meaning folks that ranged from them telling me that I would have to hire an Aty . to " Wear a dress with two shoes that don't match and carry a doll"
I met with the S S representative and gave him copies of all my medical records and filled out the Disability forms. About two weeks later a reviewer called me on the phone and I answered her questions. Within thirty days , I started drawing full disability.
I did not have to resort to cross dressing or carrying the doll, but most importantly I did not have to hire an At who would deliberately delay the resolution of my disability case for a year in order to collect more money for him self.

That dont make sense because they dont bill them cases by the hour you dumbass. they get paid a percentage but some charge a flat fee.

Let's see, which is more, a precentage of a years back payments on a disability claim, or a precentage of sixty days back payments on a disability claim ???

I'm betting that if they are pulling down thirty three precent of the disability back pay as the Aty fee, it is more advantagous for the Aty, to drag his feet and let the back pay pile up .

That would make you the one who is a "Dumb Ass", correct ?
