The next Union Meetings will be held on:

Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at 1 PM in Meeting Room 5 at the Holiday Inn Bowling Green

Thursday, Febraury 28, 2013 at 1 PM in Meeting Room 5 at the Holiday Inn Bowling Green.

I am not going to a meeting but if you vote at sun ill vote yes so lets do this already!!! How close are we??? And I no others that will not go to a meeting but would vote yes!!

We can't file a petition with the NLRB for an election until we have a majority of the workers that have signed cards. Those that say they will vote for the Union if it goes to a vote, need to sign cards so we can get to a vote. You don't have to come to a meeting to sign a card. See your pro-union co-workers for a card, sign it and give it back to them. They bring more cards to each meeting.

Ann asked a question that was not answered. "how close are we?" I for one find avoiding questions to be far more difficult of a pill to sallow then receiving an answer I was not looking for.

Be sure to ask them about how hard it is to get rid of them if you decide you do not like having them around. Unions are like herpes. easy to get, impossible to get rid of. Don't buy their BS line about it being easy, either. it's friggin impossible and they will strong arm and bully any attempts to get their grubby hands out of your money.

To "right" and "Ann" - I won't give a direct answer to how many cards we have since the Company is free to read this. Only to say we are currently above 15%.

To answer "bull" - You get rid of a Union the same way that you get one. Have 30% of the employees sign saying they want to have an election. If we don't live up to people expectations, they are free to vote us out. So it is as easy to get rid of us as it is to get us. That is the Law.

I think herpes WOULD be an improvement for Scum Products. Zombies with aids and werewolves with genital warts and vampires with VD would improve the working situation there, union couldn't possibly hurt that shitty place.

one of the thangs i hear the most often is Sun wont answer your questions we will well you didd'ent thus don't expect me to join a meeting let alone sign a leagle contract. Even with a "buy hear pay hear" they answer questions. I get paid what I agreed on receive ample time off and get breaks, so what ever i may not get answers to all my questions with them but at least i agreed to their terms.

im pretty sure the union has a pretty penny invested in trying to get their cards signed, if by chance we go union then decide to get rid of the union will the union put up the monney for our anti union campaign? If not then supose its not so easy for us to do it.

Wise up! You start talking about getting rid of a union and you get a visit in the middle of the night for an attitude adjustment from a couple of no-necks from out of town. Luigi and Vinny will be blunt and to the point!
