Is Hills a good place to work? Any info on salaries, benefits, advancement opportunities and employee morale would be appreciated. Thanks.

apparently not. They are hiring though. I heard that they don't have a very big turn over rate and its really hard to get on out there unless you know somebody. Atleast full time anyway. You can fo out there through Addecco but they won't hire you on through them and they will only keep you for six monthes and let you go.

My father-in-law works there and he has been there for around 20 years. He gets paid really well, and has a great benefit package. I think it would be a great opportunity; it is really hard to get on there, so if they are hiring, I would go ahead and apply.

Its a test to see how you work with a group of people. You have to build circuits.

First is a phone interview and if you pass that you go to the plant to have a group work session and I dont know how the second part went havent heard a word yet. The guy head of the work session said you would hear something quick either way has been going on two weeks heard nothing.

yea the guy told me to go to the plant for the interview, but it was really a phone interview and i missed it!

I got a call and went in to take a test but haven't heard anything yet. I'm curious as to why all the job openings. Does anyone know? Are they expanding? I'm also thinking that they must have a policy about their employees discussing the company online since there is no one posting that actually has a job there.

I do sidework for one of the top men at hills and the reason they are hiring is that several employees are taking early retirement. But in so doing, that takes out a considerable amount of their workforce, leaving vacancies. If you have a felony, you can hang it up.

they were pretty nice about me missing the phone interview, they actually allowed me to reschedule, so the next part is a group work session? does anyone know what comes after that?

you can check your status online if you have set up an account with them
