When I worked there family ins. With dental and vision cost me $190 every two weeks, I got another job closer to home at a lot smaller company, basically the same ins. My Dr. Copay is $25 instead of $15, and it cost $25 dollars a week, there is no reason they should charge that much, but the reason they do y'all are paying for the companies that are Union so there employees ins is either free or dirt cheap.

This is my concern. Seemed high compared to last job.

What other options exist outside of Sun insurance if it is still the same as your reply?

Pay starts out at 8$. After two years you get 25 cents. It goes up by 25 cents every two years thereafter. You should too put in your early 90s. The insurance is great. 100$ copay no matter where you go so its easy to understand. You have to pay half the bill up front and they help you save money by refusing to treat you if you don't have the money. Most workers in the plant have learned to treat themselfs for minor things like car wrecks and heart attacks. They take your blood once a year so HR can continue their breeding program, trying to create the perfect mechanics. Breeding with a mechanic is discouraged unless you've been specifically paired with that one, but they understand that they are irresistible. Any children resulting must be turned over to HR.

Those children taken are for the best. HR knows how to raise them.
