Does anyone know what they ask on the assessment test at Sum Products? An after you take the test what is the next hiring step? Any info would be helpful! Thanks!

Only the best of the best are hired at sun products. Once you are in you are family. That's why the turn over is so low. No one ever quits they only retire. It's the best job in the world

There's a factory hiring but you can't own a phone. The factory I heard about has a position open for someone to stand by the tvs in the break room and watch the programming closely. If the TV runs an AT&T Cingular sprint or other phone commercial, the persons job is to immediately turn the tv off. If for some reason the tv isn't turned off within 10 seconds of the phone commercial, then the break room monitor has to write down the names of everyone in the breakroom so they can be terminated. There is a zero tolerance for anyone who even thinks about owning a phone. There's a form the employees have to fill out if someone living with them absolutely must own a phone. But if they deny the request, then the employee either has to show proof of divorce within 30 days, or they are terminated. HR preaches constantly that there is zero tolerance for phones. It's serious stuff. Without rules people might talk to each other and organize.
