Tommy Brown should first remember he killed part of America that day. Obviously he needs to realize the sacrifices that our military make to this country, soldiers are a hell of a lot more tough than a wannabe bailiff. Tommy Brown owes the military an answer. Tommy Brown should be over there in Afghanistan with all of al Qaeda, I would put al Qaeda above Tommy Brown because they at least have the guts to be men and bring it instead of acting like a bully and then trying to act if nothing happened.

The good news is that we all will "get dealt with." You reap what you sow, what goes around comes around, karma... You read my other examples right?!?

Really I probably have more knowledge and education in one of the 100 trillion plus cells in my body than you have in your entire physical body. And I have studied self defense in a tremendous amount. A very good friend is a black belt martial artist and this subject is very high at the forefront of our conversations pertaining to deadly force and self defense.

Another topix genius everybody. So where could I get one of your books? Or attend a class of yours? I'd say nowhere because you are a short bus riding fool. Make sure to take care of that one cell that you have some smarts in.

Really? Drop it already. It's a shame, no one should have died that day, but time to put this to rest, and let the family grieve properly. The facts have been stated, Mr.Brown will not be charged for defending himself. God Bless!

I've been thinking about starting a Tommy Brown vs Brandon Bradshaw thread, does anyone think it would be of much interest to some?

mr brown is and was nothing but a coward, he used his position at the court house to get out of a murder charge and if you think that he wasn't impersonating a police officer that day then your nuts!!!!

When you compare Brandon and Tommys background on paper, seems as if Brandon wins it. Brandon was a soldier, helped numerous kids, active in church, etc. Tommy was just another bgmu dick head and there is nothing more unprofessional than court bailiffs, when I had jury duty I couldn't get over how pathetic they were, they would go out and smoke with inmates families and talk about the cases for anyone to hear.

Yesterday a friend of mine suffered a massive heart attack in a restaurant. He is about Brandon's age and is fighting for his life, his wife said everyone at the restaurant was helping. There are so many good people out there that would drop everything to help a stranger as much as you would your own family. Tommy Brown is a bastard that wanted to act like a big shot that day, being a guy in his 50s and having law enforcement training, he should have been smart enough to realize the dangers.

And another idiot strikes.... Comparing them on "paper"?!?! Brandon wasn't the saint that everyone is portraying. NOBODY IS!!!! Tommy is not an ALL BAD person. They both made poor choices and mistakes. BB drew the gun FIRST thinking he'd bully the "old man". He was tragically wrong. If you pull a gun on someone, you should know there may be consequences. What would you have TB do, get shot?!?!

I won't debate who is an idiot but just know most certified trainers if martial arts are well versed in self defense. In my years on the debate team I learned about Personal Attacks ("Argumentum ad Hominem")- the evasion of the actual topic by directing the attack at your opponent. Subjecting your personal attacks toward me mean you can debate the basis of what I am saying. Common courtesy should dictate an adults behavior as well.

Debate team? ROFL. Just because you recycle the same drivel over and over ad nauseum doesn't make you a great debater. In your case, you just look stupider. I'm not trying to throw my opponent of his game by personal attacks. I am familiar with that debate tactic. I won't debate an idiot. They make you drop to their level and beat you with experience. You are a mental midget with a big ego. A legend in his own mind. Those that can really do something don't have to tell everybody.:-)

Ok that doesn't make sense. If Brandon was sitting IN his truck, and the "old man" got OUT of his truck WITH a weapon, then who brandished his weapon first?? TB had his weapon in plain sight. Then, it seems as if BB was trying to defend himself, to me. TB should at least be tried in this case.

The law enforcers, be it KSP- BGPD-sheriff-deputys-baliffs-s ecurty officers -maybe even an off duty officer working as a parking attendent, have to be the most unluckest people in the world. Someone always out there just waiting to "shoot them up" and of course the ummm officer has to defend himself, so he unloads a gun into the perp. Then of course hollers self-defence and gets a much needed vacation WITH PAY. Man I'd like a job like that!
