RATTING; That how they are getting away with it, My question is who paying for the motel?( D.T.F), Talk to alot of people and they can't stand her at all, It sad to said you have to take from a family member that has open there door for you to lay your head that just has low as you get!!!!!! Lisa is already in some stuff anyway ,(Tammy Cowles) is her F*ck parter in crime just check her back ground on the jail site, so that right there tell me they are all in it.

People sometimes gets a shady shake of the hand from the criminal justice for numerous reasons.

1. A good lawyer
2. If the people who are trying to get them send away screw up their evidence (that causes automatic dismissal of charges)
3. If the people who testify on behalf of the commonwealth have SHADY creditability (defense people love those folks on the stand)
4. The criminal record of the accused, if their record is light, they will receive light consequences that's just the rule of thumb

There are clear flaws in the system, but it's the best that we got for right now, anything different wouldnt work. Do some people get off when they deserve a long sentence, oh course, but due process and the system can be rigged up if you have a good lawyer. Not to mention that if you have all of this information, what did the authorities say to you when you presented them with all of the information that you have spilled on this site? Did they say no sufficient enough?

Plus it's pretty easy to defend in court about theft of medication and public intoxication is ALWAYS nothing but a slap on the wrist. If this is over stealing medication than no wonder the court system isnt taking it seriously...not saying it wasnt wrong cause stealing anything from anyone damages trust and honesty on all levels, but the criminal system sees things differently, their main function "public safety"

You will have a better chance at justice if the family takes this to civil court. Civil court is all about "personal disagreements and personal disputes" You have a much better case in civil court with what you posted if the family chooses to pursuit it. The civil court judge has the power to force the guilty party into rehab of do a little jail time.

Additionally, in civil court you are not required to prove "without reasonable doubt", all you have to proof is possible reliablity. So you will have better chance taking it in civil court.

What about Natalie Talmadge Stuart? Why didn't she go to jail on the pot possession charge? If you go to the Warren County Jail website and look at the pics of current/past inmates, she's not even there, but everyone who knew the case at the time knows she was booked.

Talk about crooked politics....
