Went to Denny's, ordered 4 meals. After 25-30 minutes, the server came to the table and said they were out of 2 of our 4 requests. AND IT TOOK ABOUT A HALF AN HOUR TO FIGURE THAT OUT??? The table next to us was having the same problem, along with other issues. They asked for the manager. A middle aged Hispanic woman (mgr) came to their table. She was an ASS! She kept interrupting the customers while they were explaining their issues, and then tried telling them they really didn't have any problems - that's the way restaurants are. Who ever owns that local Denny's needs to FIRE that manager and hire someone that knows how to stock a kitchen. It's the staffing that is chasing off the customers. It reminds me of a 1970's truck stop on a US highway. They need to get that guy off of Restaurant Impossible (The Food Network) to revamp Denny's. That place is HURTING! Funny thing is, it's in a prime location and ought to thrive. Instead, it needs to be bulldozed.

Man I've seen that woman in action too. She needs the unemployment boot shoved deep in a dark place. Denny's is just a place for drunks to go to when the Ramada closes. It'll never be any more than that.

Haven't been there in ages because it is a train wreck!!! The service absolutely sucks!! I would say there days are limited since the IHOP opened up down the street from them.

It's sad because I used to really, really like Denneys.

That denny's is absolute trash. Every waitress, cook, manager, everything. If they ever bulldoze it, they should do it when the employees are inside.

They should give it a good cleaning. Most of the times you can smell mold and mildew. They say it's not mold and mildew, and the odor if from something else and they have called corporate and are waiting to hear. This has been going on for 2 - 4 months or longer.

First off I have been to this Dennys that you're all trashing. If I have a bad experience than I ask for a manager and I usually get results. You would think that if your not happy with the place you would go find somewhere else, try going to Waffle house and see how your treated there as for that manager your all griping about she has been nice everytime i have been there if you're not happy stay out of there go fine a new hang out IHOP is open 24/7 don't bitch about it. there are many of us who like going there and will continue to go there. so get a life grow up and stop being so judgemental

Tried the Ihop yesterday and would much rather went to Denny's. After waiting 20 minutes to set down while there were plenty of tables open the pot of coffee that was brought out had less then a cup and was luke warm. The waffles were cooler then room tempature and never once did the waitress ask about the food or offer to refill my drink. Horrible food and crap service. At least at Denny's the coffee is hot and the service is respectable. Denny's has been open 15 years but if IHOP don't get it's stuff together it won't last a year. I know i will not be a customer there again.

Went to Dennys Friday and to tell you the truth with all the new items on the menu it was hard to chose which one to choose. i settled for the prime rib skillet it was awesome we later treated ourselves to the cookie skillet it was the bomb can't wait to go there again. the manager was so sweet and she come back and check on us she was chatting with serveral customers there and the all seem to like her a lot only one table had a minor problem and when she went to there table she was inform of the problem and she took care of the problem right away. she even offered them to replace it with something else but the lady didn't want anything the others at her table were even nice to her. the server well she could of handled the problem herself but instead had the manager take care of it. We will be going back there as for I Hop the food is good but the service was aweful they never check back with you and the manager is never seen makes me wonder if there is one there at nigth

Went to ihop Friday night waited ten minutes for menus, then after 15 waiting for drinks and to order. We left. Went to dennys. Had a great meal. And that hispanic woman was there. She sat down with us for a minute and chatted. Was very friendly. She talked to employees respectfully. I was impressed. Our server was awesome. Don't know her name. Has red hair. Young girl. Dennys new menu is awesome. Their prices are much better than ihop. Dennys has one fault... their building is old. Nothing they can do about it. Wish they would build a new one. And the carpet is always clean here. Most places my shoes stick to the carpet. Not here.
