I believe that I went to WEHS w/a Richard Pennington...if he's the same one...he spent time in jail for child abuse (shook his 2-3 mo/old baby..i can't remember if hte baby died or not).

He did do time in jail but the baby did not die. He was a good guy back in the day, but noone who abuses a child deserves to walk around scott free!!! Stay away from him is my thoughts!
