Don't want it. Yes, there are things that need to be addressed, but I don't need outsiders or big-dog wannabees representing me! So BACK OFF! Who is with me?

Obviously you dont have a clue what a Union is or How it Works,There are no Outsiders Or big-dog wannabees, A Union is you and your Co-workers,Its not a 3rd Party, Wake Up, or dont, its your choice, but at least go to a meeting and get the info for yourself, its FREE, all its costs you is your Time!!! If you then decide that its not for you, then Vote NO.

Do you really think that ranting and raving on here makes you, who say you want a union, and who likely wish to be union leaders, do you think this makes the rest of us want to trust YOU to speak for us? No thanks. I'm perfectly capable of speaking for myself, of talking with my manager, of being willing to be part of the solution and not adding to the problem. There are TONS of good things about my job at Sun. Sure, I'd like to make more, but the work is not hard, the environment is clean and safe, my coworkers are generally decent hard working people, my benefits are outstanding, the schedule is very good for my family and the job security is much better than many other places I've worked. If YOU are so unhappy, do us all a favor and quit NOW. We're tired of you putting us down because you are miserable. Go. We will be just fine without you, or your union.

No job in Kentucky is secure. It is a right to work state and therefore anyone can be let go for any reason or no reason. You can stop lamenting for the good ole' Huish Days cause they aren't coming back and anyways everyone complained back then as well. You keep talking about how a union is not an outside entity, it's employees standing together. If that is the case why can't the employees get together and talk to management about your issues?

Yawn! Really...give it up. Go home and stay there. You want a union because you want to be a big boy to someone...anyone. We don't want YOU representing us. You prove your own ignorance and desperation by resorting to name calling and ranting. When you can't get 10 people to a meeting...really, it's time to call it quits. We're ready to move on. Yawn!

If you were at the meeting you would know there were more than 10 people there...

Maybe you are afraid if there is a vote that it will pass...

There will never be a union at Sun. I don't know one person who would even think about getting a union. With all the bonuses, pizza parties, and employe benefits no one would ever even think of a union. You union thugs better just move on because our love protects us from you. The love of a family.

So, they laid off 50+ people in Baltimore! Wonder why the union pushers aren't talking about that!? Gee, could it be that it's better for the bottom line to NOT be supporting all those extra demands by whining union members! BG...we don't want a union here!

The unions are a place for the lazy misfits to feel some power since otherwise people laugh at them.

If Bowling Green had this union now there would be 53 Baltimore people on their way to Bowling Green to use their seniority to take your job.
