Me too! In BG. Been going to wags n whiskers but NOT happy with them. U drop ur dog off and basically leave it sitting in a cage all day for 4-5 hrs w no water and the dog waits until she gets to it. I want a groomer that operates like a hairdresser. U bring it there for the appointment and then pick it up when they r done. Seems like common sense?!

I use dogs day out for day care boarding and grooming. Great place.

Good groomers take all day because they groom your dog in steps and give them breaks so they won't become stressed out and overwhelmed

Sitting in a cage all day is with no food or water seems pretty stressful! I would think just getting it don't as quickly as possible and getting them home would be less stressful than dragging it out for hours!

Amy Couch, really? I wouldn't let that thing touch the hair in my shower drain much less my dog's. There's a reference for you!

I took my new puppy to Adela's on Nellums (NOT the Signature Pets place) on the advice of my vet. They did an AMAZING job!!! Very pleased with their service and would recommend them! I'm taking her back in another week.
Just wondering

What is wrong with Signature Pets. I've heard they do great work also and they are reasonably priced from what I've been told.

I know someone that worked at Adella's last year. After hearing the stories this person told me, I would NOT take my dog there.

Please keep an eye on Adela. I would not leave my babies there while being groomed. The grooming may be okay but they are not well cared for and often times left alone in the building.
Really?!?!

My dogs go there and they've always done a great job. Nice clean place with a small fenced in area for outside breaks.

I know for a fact Adella Pet Salon has a full-time receptionist that is always in their facility. The statement above is absolutely false. I have been going there for over four years and have NEVER had a problem with the grooming or the staff.

I have to agree with Susan and "concerned" about Adella's. I have a friend that took her three dogs there and they were left unattended in the building for several hours despite the fact that she was told staff would be there the whole time. She showed up early to pick them up and the building was locked up. She sat there for almost three hours until someone came back. They were shocked to see her obviously. She has not been back since.
