be prepared to pay the cost of getting all your medical records and reports (which can be costly) up front - if you lose, you won't owe her a fee (lawyers always take a cut - usually 1 third of what you win) - but you're responsible for the legal costs - including (if you end up going to court - but she usually only take cases where it is so obvious that you'll win - so she won't have to go court)any filiing fees.

In general, if you win, you won't get much. If you lose, you lose a lot.

Who is the hot blonde with the creepy old man on that one commercial and why is he staring at her breasts while Flora is standing there talking?

Her law firm explicitly lied to me, causing me to lose money, which saved the insurance company money. However, she got her money. I never got the money for my vehicle damage because they lied to me and had me sign papers releasing all claims. They lied, got their money and made more commercials for TV.

Her daughter is the same way. Nothing but promises and lies. Her mother must have taught her well, and I speak from personal experience. Natalie works very closely with the insurance company to make sure that you settle for the minimum amount and she gets half of that without going to court. You'd think that the person you pay to fight for you would do just that, but with Natalie you will be sadly mistaken. Lesson Learned !

I worked there long enough to be thoroughly disgusted. She is so nice to clients' faces but talks about them like dogs behind their backs. She had some really nice paralegals who quit because they couldn't stomach it either.

Why does she get the poorest looking people to appear as "clients" who are obviously actors in her tv ads?

Because that appearance is the type of people she wants to attract for clients. You know, the inbred moron, pot-smoking, meth-manufacturing, sixth grade dropout, my momma is also my sister & my daddy is also my uncle, Walmart buggy riding, handicap tag toting, misspelled tattoo bearing, food stamp & medicaid & disability crowd; these people look like family, hell they might even be family!!!! You get the idea?????

One man in her ad is a career criminal. Who is her target audience in her tv ads? Her law firm just has sleazyness written all over it.
