I have no Idea exactly what one sounds like but I have no idea what else that could be it was very distinctive. Very long loud roar can tell it was from a distant away it scared us all to death and left us with goosebumps. As for you that clam that seen one I don't believe your crazy at all wish I could see one

There is a audio recording from near Scottsville with some howls that sound strange. I found it on a big foot site. Seems there were some ghost hunters with recorders and just happen to catch it. Does not sound like any dog or coyote I have ever heard.

Scottsville is full of bob cats, which sounds like a woman screaming.

I know what a bobcat sounds like and this was no bobcat. And a fox sounds more like a woman screaming than a bobcat does.

There used to be a lion in captivity in Richardsville. I used to hear it when I was on my front porch. But what I heard over the summer was nothing like a lion roar..

Someone has a pet lion? AWESOMESAUCE! What's the story behind that?

Ps. I lean heavily toward there being absolutely no such thing as big foot. Too many people have tried for too many years to find substantial proof and yet we still have nothing scientific.

.........there is DNA analysis being conducted as we speak on hair samples. From this we already know that a previously unclassified bi-pedal hominid inhabits the pacific northwestern US.There are 5 classified hominid groups:
1-humans
2-gorillas
3-orangutans
4-chimpanzees
5-gibbons
Jeff Meldrum Ph.D. anthropologist at Idaho State University, has stated on record that he is satisifed that "bigfoot" does in fact exist, and he is willing to state his professional reputation on this assertion.
