Does anyone know about the test? Details please!

Yes, I know that its almost impossible to pass, 1/10 pass it. They prefer to hire temps first through Express and see how you work, then hire you fulltime after being assured that you aren't lazy. None of you will pass the test on your first try unless you have a TON of previous factory experience. I am not trying to be mean, but after 11 years working here, I am just telling you facts. They prefer temps first through Express.

You'd be surprised. Yes you can pass it if you understand how important safety is, have a good work ethic, actually WANT to earn a living, don't make stupid decisions, can do basic math, know something about how simple machinery works, and can think logically. Anyone with a solid HS education and good work experience should pass. And do pass. I did. You shouldn't let the nay-sayers scare you off.

I heard of a place that fired a guy for asking if he could use a phone. Said he went to the supervisor office and asked if he could call home to check on his sick elderly mother, but that the supervisor kept telling him there was no phones there, even though the super had just been talking on a phone. When the employee persisted they walked him out, saying he was disruptive. I heard another guy got fired for responding to an ad for a cheap used iPhone in the thrifty nickel. It turned out the ad was actually an undercover woman from HR. they fired 3 more veteran employees before word got around. You can't even talk about phones without getting fired.

Looks like someone got busted for using there cell phone, huh? What a big baby. You really think that blowin up Topix will make people hate the company and feel sorry for you? And let me guess, you want a union too so you can be protected??? Dumbass. 98% at Sun get that there are rules for a reason and actually respect someone who has the balls to hold you responsible. Big fat crying whinin baby.

Everyone needs to be careful. Word is that HR is about to launch another thrifty nickel Craigslist campaign selling iPhones and blackberries cheap. Any employee who responds will be instantly terminated for "interest in a cellphone with possible intent to buy." The few rebellious employees who still own or have family who own phones of any kind need to be careful. For the 92% of workers who have already surrendered all phone devices, someone please print out some flyers for them to read in case they are considering backsliding in to phone communication.

Momma said you can't please them. Momma was a stripper for 43 years before working there, and says she dang sure knows how to please a man. But they used her all up and when she tried to call an ambulance about a funny feeling in her chest, they rolled her out in a wheelchair and dumped her in the road. "Old phone hag" they called her. No phones means no phones grandma. A trucker took her to the local hospital. They tried to fire him too but he just quit. Momma got better but went back to swinging on the pole for tips. She has a phone again. She says anything is better than working for them.

You don't meet criteria. Rights are reserved to hire whoever is needed. If you called HR then you have a phone, and are therefore not eligible. Now for your lesson:
Traditional Amish last names
Certain last names are particularly common among the Amish, due to the fact that certain founders in this community had oversized influence on following generations. Some surnames are found in particular communities and regions.
Miller is the most common Amish name, seen most prevalently in the Midwest, in communities such as Holmes County, Ohio and northern Indiana. Other common names in the Midwest include:
Hershberger
Yoder
Hochstetler
Troyer
Schrock
If you want to work in the sun then make sure you are eligible. No phones means no phones you moron. At least the yoder, schrock, troyer, hochstetler, and herschbergers are respectful. Don't come up in our house with that phone packing attitude and expect a job.
Phone looser.
