It was awesome! The only thing in their freezer is ice cream and French fries for kids' meals. Everything is fresh! Tortillas made fresh all day long. Great Patron margaritas!

It is awful, our waiter has a lengthy criminal record and the place is nasty. Very unprofessional staff and they were very rude to us when we left.

Mexican Tex-Mex. Price range is like the other poster said with the exception of two combos ($10.50) and fajitas ($12.50). Menu can be found here...

Change the _ to .

Service was fine for a place that just opened. Didn't have a facial recognition computer with me so I couldn't figure out the criminal records of the staff. The food was good. And the building is brand new. So seriously how in the world could it be nasty already?

But really, if the food sounds like something you want, just try it for yourself. Don't take some anonymous posters word for it one way or another.

We didn't need a computer, I recognized him from the night I got my DUI and he was in a squad car...researched his record, dumbass.

There is also a girl working in there that use to be friends with my daughter and she got arrested too with my daughter when they were in high school.

The building was made from recycled materials as well as the interior, the only new part is the deck.

Considering that judges, news anchors, multiple head coaches, and even presidents of the country all have a DUI on there resume makes me a true role model. Better than having methed up waiters with multiple offenses.

It is cool that they did it. But I wouldn't hold it against a place if they didn't use recycled material. I don't know what percentage of the building used recycled material. But really most of the recycled stuff is never going to harm anyone's food. Also restaurants don't always buy new stuff. So that new restaurant with what someone thinks is new tables might be sporting old tables that have just been cleaned up. The health department also gave Chuy's a 100% on their inspection. And if the health department had a problem with any of the recycled materials they would have never been able to open. The table I ate at was clean. The bathrooms were clean as well.

As for the food, I liked it. But try it for yourself. It isn't like it is going to set you back a lot.

Guess that's your opinion. Mine is a DUI is one of the worst possible offenses. Completely avoidable and shows a lack of responsibility that can and has killed people.

I agree, it's nothing to be proud about, but as a recovering alcoholic and having had multiple DUIs, it has been a financial burden on my family and has cost me several jobs, but I named some key people from our community and our country whom will always have the DUI on there record, yet they go about there lives trying to act perfect.

A judge in town, at least 3 wku coaches on the last year, a news anchor in Louisville, and a former president. These are key figures in society whom didn't think about anyone but themselves and you all remember this when you go to those WKU football games this fall and there is an assistant there with 3 DUIs in a 20 year period on his record.

I helped open the one in Cool Springs, TN and was hoping to manage the one in Bowling Green. The food is amazing! I don't like Mexican food, but Tex Mex is YUMMY! The building is full of great details and amazing people. I worked for the company 2 years before pursuing something else. Yes there are people that are employed by this company that have their problems, as with any company. I have never worked for a restaurant that treated their employees so good, as if they were a big family. So grow up!

To answer the questions of others, the food is delicious. I've had everything on the menu and there isn't anything that I do not like. Everything is fresh and made the way you want it. If you like cheese and spice, try the BOOM-BOOM sauce.... it's AWESOME! Since they're just now opening they should be bringing you Creamy Jalapeno to your table, it's a spicy ranch dip that is very tasty. And so you know before you complain, they do not have WHITE queso! It's yellow and it is so much better than the white stuff! This is NOT a MEXICAN restaurant. It is TEX-MEX. Similar but different!

Also, they have an extensive collection of some great tequilas so venture out past the Patron. My favorite is Corzo silver! Very smooth!

One more thing... The company buys little hand carved fish from a family in Mexico. They're hanging in the bar on the ceiling (I'm sure)... Chuy's pretty much supports this family with opening more restaurants. The same with the metal palm trees and many other decorations. I'm sure they won't miss Bill's business, and I'm sure the server won't miss him either... he sounds like a cheap tipper.

Hey Bill. Just a thought, but you stated you had 3 DUI's. Shouldn't your drunk ass be locked up instead of criticizing other so called criminals? You are a pile of drunk shit.
