All I have to say is go under Warren county jail site. look at past inmates type in Jamie Stoner. He was a fugitive. His wife Trish is in there too. I know them really well and they screwed over me too. Good luck!!!
all you have to do is be charged to be on that site. I know folks who have done nothing wrong and the paynutzs gang or who ever puts them up like they are trash. Thats the criminals in my opinion.
I think that and most jails and websites are trash..........

while you are looking up complaints, check out Eddie Winkenhofer, check him out in TN too, cant even hold a license there or in KY. Check out anyone that worked for Winkenhofer, how bout the Casteel boy that stole money from every client he had at the halfway house or how he made his parents lose their house. How bout the Turner that used to be part owner??He was fired from another local funeral home for stealing. Jerry Kindoll not only stole from the funeral home,(ask the Kiwanis club in Louisville how much he got them for) he has stolen from numerous places in the past, even his wife did. Then you have Ken Cone, how many businesses has he lost? Dont forget Lonard Rich, the hairlipped thief...hell its even been rumored Winkenhofer was sleeping with Eileen Santangelo that lost the cemetery...Everyone there was a mess... It would take an act of God to clean up all the messes from before...Im sure most of the names mentioned are the ones writing the trash on here.
You need to get your facts straight ! I lost money while I had the halfway house and My parents sold their house because they did not want a house that big anymore. With you it is simple, when you get on a site like this and start giving all of your information, you just prove to anyone that will check it out, that YOU don't have clue what you are talking about!

I wish I had seen this earlier. We got screwed over buying livestock from him. We don't live in KY, so I'd like to hear if they are known for ripping people off that way, too. I guess the answer is obvious.

Could you tell me how to easily confirm this? Google was confused.

Went into Bowling Green daily newspaper and typed in indictments for jamie stoner and it came up in the Jan23, 2011 edition. Two counts of theft by deception under $10,000. Sure is there! Wish I had known this before dealing with them.

More people need to be made aware of them as well as the state board needs to do their job in getting his licence away. They are scam artists

I feel sorry for folks who have already paid in advance for final services. A lot of elderly do that so their kids don't have to deal with the final details. Supposedly it helps to keep costs down as you are told that the price and services are locked in at the price you paid in advance. I seriously recomend that anyone doing that had better read the fine print in the contract, regardless of who you chose to deal with. You just might be in for a big surprise. Have a good day and stay cool, everyone.

I feel sorry for anyone that has to have a funeral there because it is an overgrown weed infested mess. It looks terrible. How depressing!!!! Can't the city cite them for a weed ordinance or something? I don't imagine the upkeep inside is any better. They need to get off thier lazy buts and clean up the place!!!!

my friend went there when her mother passed and these people were great. they actually went there because they liked how another family member was treated when passing. I went to the funeral home several times with my friend to get things done and the man and woman were very friendly and comforting...They was avaible after hours and even stayed late several times in this difficult time. very friendly down home folks is the impression i got.

Pre arrangments do NOT have to be used at the funeral home they were purchased at...you can move them at anytime or the next of kin can move them at the time of death

Sorry to tell you Mary....they scamed you somehow. They either did not use the casket you really wanted or did not use the vault you wanted. They scamed you some how. Maybe you had more life insurance then you thought you had and they took it all. They are NOT nice people.

Not all funeral homes work co-operatively in that manner. My family has three funeral homes up in Ohio and has been in the business for over 100 years. They do not accept pre-arrangement transfers from out of state. Have a good evening.

Apparently they moved to
Cemetery rd last week. The owner said he had taken the business over and it's his "uncle" who had done all the scandalous stuff in the past. my friend utilized their services last week and said they were wonderful to them.
