Hey just a word of advise doesn't matter if the uniforms on or off. You touch an officer it is a felony. I am not defending the way you were treated. I believe in treating people the way I would want to be treated if in your position.. There are alot of good officers, I would also like to say after years of the stress that comes with this job, it gets the better of some officers.... Long story short chalk it up to a lesson learned it not worth 5 to 10 for assaulting an officer... I do apologize on behalf of the good officers, I am an extradition agent so I see and hear good and bad

the jail birds get small meals so they have to buy that high priced snacks to knock the hunger pains away. they keep it so cold in there so you cant sleep cause all you have is a thin blanket not much thicker than a sheet. some might fake injuries to get meds but some also dont. being jailbird doesnt automatically mean your a drug addict. seems like the workers would have an easier job if they didnt have a bunch of hungry and cold jailbirds.
the comment about having to be pepper sprayed and etc. and would we do that before starting an hourly wage job...answer that question by asking it to yourself. why did you want that hourly wage job so bad you would go thru pepper spraying, tasing to get it???
and dont give us that crap about doing it to make the world a better place. blah blah blah!

I have to be honest, I have no respect for the jailers, or city police in BG. They are all a bunch of want to be real cops. The KSP is the only officiers that are the real deal. I do not believe that you have to treat people with disrespect because they do you. Jailers and BGPD are suppose to be examples of what a person should act like not lower yourself to a prisioners level. That is truely a ignorant and sad statement to say you are a officier and you will treat people like ----. You wonder why the population that is in or out of jail have no respect for you

Jailers are just punks who wish they were cops, what they forget when people go to jail is that in this country you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. yet they want to treat everyone like they are hardened criminals. I think they are all related anyway, because they could not get jobs elsewhere.

I really dont care who you are or how much money you have, Just want to let you know... YOU WILL NEVER HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY ME OR ANY OTHER LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, our goal is not to become rich but to maintain law and order and watch over scum like you. And believe me we make more than minimum wage, We did pick this path for the money or fame... Its because we like helping people and not everyone in jail is guilty, not our place to judge them. Just watch them and maintain their saftey until 12 of their peers or Judge determines there guilt

I think it is honable that you say you can not be bought, but you have to admit the other office who made the commit I will treat them like s--t if they do me is not a example I hope of all officers, there is People are not guilty until they meet a judge and jury. I am sure if I got arrested I dont know how I would act I never have been, but I would like to think if I did act out due to fear that I would not be treated like s--t. You have to remember people act different under stress and this is not something they are trained in but the officers are suppose to be. Young adults do stupid things sometime and they need guidance not a officer with atitude I will act like you do how inmature.

The guy that made that comment is not a real officer he is a wannabe. I live by the rule that I am 5 minutes away from being where they are. Because someone may try to hurt my family or something and I loose it react and get arrested. I treat inmates the way I would want to be treated if in their situation. I am not a judge or jury... Can't be bought because money does not equal happiness in my book. If I work hard and earn the money, I will enjoy what it buys more, Period..

Your not even worth responding too.. I would be willing to bet you are the type of person that nothing is ever your fault. And the world owes you everything. I admit there are some bad apples in Law Enforcement, but please don't condemn all of us for the few bad. And I am truely happy for you that you have alot of money I hope it was earned with hard work, and not through illegal means
