I know the turnover rate is horrible..

I hear the turnover rate is higher or just like afni. Setting unrealistic goals (same problem afni has) wanting you on and off the phone so you can move to the next call, hence, making them more money. These centers make money based on call volume. Don't waste your time. People actually think higher of afni

Job is super easy, but the customers and lack of management initiative will send your blood boiling. Tenure means nothing - hire 'em, fire 'em.

So is it the shopping channel you take calls for or other things?

Great and easy place to work. You'll get frustrated with the lack of leadership in some departments. But I've work alot harder for alot less.

That's because they routinely layoff after the holidays.

The good is that it's decent place to work for the pay if you can handle some of the strict rules that their Loss Prevention Enforces.
The bad side is they do a lot of lay offs and they run it like a high school. Never seen a place with so many little clicks outside of a high school!

I liked working there back when Polo was with them! I have some friends who still work there and say it has changed not for the best. To bad too as it had a good name at one time in town!
