What's the Dragons gonna look like next year 2012. They lose Bush but who will be back and what's the expectations?

They'll have a weak schedule like this year, and win every game except BG. The scheme is terrible, but hey they win every game but BG. Who's complaining?!? LOL!!!

They are going to play powerhouses like Rockfield and Potter Gray so it may be a little rough.

Most of their best players will be back like Rondell Green, Byron "Bam Bam" Carver, and Chris Porter-Bunton. Porter-Bunton has become one of the best WR's in the state and that is the position he will likely thrive at on the D-21 level in college. He is big for WR and compares favorably with other big WR's like Plaxico Burress, Randy Moss, and Calvin Johnson. However, he is also Warren Central's backup QB, so the question is will he be the QB and stunt his growth at WR, or will he play WR and a guy like 3rd stringer Chance Shanklin plays QB. Or, maybe Coach Rogers goes with the best athlete on the team to play QB like many high school teams do and plays a guy like Rondell Green at QB. He could be sick with the ball in his hands every down. They could play the wildcat formation and Green could be like a Randall Cobb. One thing is for sure, Carver, Green, and Porter-Bunton will all be getting D-1 scholarship offers.

How is porter-Bunton one of the best receivers in the state when Central can't throw the ball??? Please somebody give a non biased opinion! Carver is the only one that'll get a D1 look. The others try Cumberland or Georgetown. Real Talk!

Porter is already getting D-1 attention. Know what you are talking about before you post. Recruiting is about projecting into the future and how much potential a kid has. Chris has the natural size that colleges look for already. He is also a top student, so he already has an edge over much of his competition. One thing is for sure, BGHS has no shot at winning the 4th region this year in basketball and getting to RUPP. Warren Central will own BGHS this year on the court. Chris is also a D-1 caliber basketball player.

Now we're talking basketball?!? Thought this was a football post? Last I checked BG was the region champ last year. Just face it WC sucks in football. There's nothing wrong with being 3rd best in the city. Bobby

Easy Answer, yeah they will have a real weak schedule. Highlands, Boyle County, Bowling Green, DeSales, Owensboro, North Hardin. They've picked all the weak sisters.

You may be right, but they've got to schedule the teams willing to play them.

They were region champs last year, but that was after WC lost several seniors and two D-1 players. Jokes on all BG fans. Y'all moved a HS All-American into town, put him up in free housing, and still couldn't get by WC and make it to Rupp. And BGHS blew to fairly big leads late in the 4th region championship game 2 years in a row. It took Coach Riley retiring for y'all to be able to win the 4th region. It took Highlands moving from 5A to 4A for you to win the state title in football. WC will go undefeated vs BGHS on the hardwood this year.

You sound just like a bitter Dragon fan. Facilities are garbage. School is garbage, and in the last 2 yrs y'all have finished behind BG in everything. Look in the mirror and smack yourself while singing "picture me rolling".

Who cares about the facilities?? That's the most retarded statement I've ever heard. And you are wrong easy, WC played in Rupp two years ago, not BGHS, just like 9 of the last 12 years! WC will dominate BGHS this year in hoops. BTW, thanks for another player that didn't want to play hoops at BG. Half of WC's starters live in the BG district but choose to go to WC because they don't want to finish second.

Heyy BG fans, have fun having the shortest lineup in Warren County this year. You will be lucky to beat South Warren, much less Warren Central

Oh and thanks for another player that didn't want to play football at WC. Hummm goes both ways huh Bobbie? Anyway it's still football season at BG. Lets talk after football season. Oh wait it's always basketball season for y'all this time of the year.

Seems to me easy answer has a complex with Central. A simple question makes you feel like you have to bash a high school program. A school with 73% fee/reduced lunch, obviously that tells me the coaches are doing a lot more with much less support than other area schools. Know what you are talking about before posting.

Wow. I am from BG and must say WC has love, character, and more class than BG. I see our heads blowing up and if we not humble WC will defeat us. Watch

Went to a dark place there didn't you? Can't simply focus on all the good things happening for your school you have to run down an entire school population and essentially boil it down to "You're poor, haha?"

Congrats on the football state title. You'll most likely win another next year. Warren Central probably has the #2 or #3 best program in 5A, but Bowling Green has separated themselves from the pack. Focus more on that than running WC down. Third best in the city, honestly, get real. Warren East won't even play Warren Central or Bowling Green because they know what would happen. And what does happen, every time they do play. Two wins in 30 years against Warren Central. 1 win in 40 against Bowling Green.

Since you're running down WE record against BG and WC. Run down WC record against BG. It wouldn't be much different. Face it y'all aren't even a rival! Don't rivals have to win against another team before you call them a rival?!?
2-10 in the last 12 games isn't much of a rival. Oh and I've got another number for you. 3 in a row! Count em up! Now go look in the mirror and smack yourself while singing "picture me rolling"! There's nothing wrong with being the little step sister!!!
