I have been in warren county for over 5 decades and I can't ever remember a time when something so senseless has happened and can't ever recall a situation in which so many people were fired up and upset. I am not a crier, but I have shredded tears over this one, that picture of his new baby from last week just breaks me apart.

Don't forget Katie Autry, or the little girl abducted from her apartment's lawn on Shive Lane, or the girl who worked at the shoe store on the corner of Cabell and the By-Pass when it was robbed, whose body was found later raped and dismembered! But this one is different for one fact. We all fear that the good ole boy system of false protection and looking the other way extends all the way down to 'court appointed bailiffs'!!!

I guess the five people who died in the arson at Howard Johnson hotel were forgotten by you. Or the several children who were abused until they died have been forgotten too?

Have you ever considered that the State Police might be waiting until after Brandon's funeral, out of respect for his family, to release their findings?

I have the feeling that the fat lady hasn't sung yet...

It's a tragedy that Bradshaw ran a guy down cussing and swerving and then blocked him in and rammed his truck, then pulled a gun and wound up dead. It goes to show any level headed person can let anger drive them to make terrible mistakes. A Fatal mistake in this case.
It's a shame the way ppl in BG are acting, calling for Browns death. We all know it's a tragedy, but any of you would have reacted the same way when ran down and threatened by a gun toting tatted up maniac. I say maniac because Brandon was obviously maniac at the time this happened. That very well could have been anger on top of having a 100+ temp. Not saying that was his daily character, but it was his character at the time of the incident. I pray for both families.

Really:

He blocked him...Brandon's truck was behind Mr. Brown's truck.

Rammed his truck...witness said Brandon's truck him Mr. Brown's truck after he was shot.

Tatted maniac...so was it the 100+ fever or the tattoos that made him a maniac?

Brown pulled in, to get off the road away from Bradshaw, bradshaw followed him in. If you have ever been on that road you know it would take several minutes to be able to pull back out.

I said he was maniac at the time because he let anger cause him to run someone down and show a gun. I didn't know Bradshaw but from what I hear this was out of character for him(I would hope so). My guess is anger+fever caused him to temporally loose his mind.

I just think people need to leave brown alone. I guarantee he is having a lot harder time with this than anyone can imagine. If someone is parked behind you acting that way with a gun you aren't going to wait and see if they shoot you and your wife in the back of the head while you dial 911.

I don't think what I said is disrespectful to anyone, it's absolutely a shame this happened. Just don't call for browns head just yet.

If it somehow comes out he chased him down just to kill him in broad daylight for no reason in the busiest part of town(c'mon, really?) then I say do what you will with him.

KSP is investigating this, not BGPD or WCPD, they don't care about this supposed "good ole boy coverup".

I feel horrible for his wife and children. I also feel horrible brown is receiving death threats for defending his life and his wife's life.

Richie Parker- Leave Brown alone? He's having a hard time?? DUH?? In this country there is such a thing as justice and paying the time when you commit a crime!! You must be one dunb moran! So when someone murders someone we should just realize the murderer is probably feeling bad about what he did and pat him on the back! Geez, it doesn't get much dumber than your comment.

Richie Parker, before you get on here and start stating "facts" maybe, just maybe you might want to go to WBKO and take a look at the pictures and articles that have been written about what happened. Anyone can see that Brown's truck was in position to pull out of the parking lot without having to back up, yet instead of just driving off he chose to get out of his truck and confront Brandon. I knew Brandon well and nobody could convince me that he was waving a gun around while driving down the road, all Brown had to do was pull out of the parking lot and drive straight to the police station a few blocks away if he was so scared of what the "tatted up maniac" was going to do to him. IF Brandon did have a gun, there was no way Brown could have seen it until he reached Brandon's truck just by the way the trucks were sitting in the parking lot. During your first post you did not get one single fact correct about this tragedy. All you posted were rumors and incorrect facts. I know it's Topix, but seriously at least educate yourself with the actual details of the conversation before you start with the "this is how it happened" attitude.

I have kept up with this since it happened. If Brown thought he and his wife were in danger why did he get out of his vehicel and not drive off and call 911 and drive toward the police station. How do you explain shooting him not once but three times? I do not know either one but this tradgey makes not sense. If I thought someone was after me I would not get out of my car and confront them IF he had a gun. No matter how this is spin it is a senseless crime. I feel so bad for Brandon's family and I also feel bad for Brown because he is the one that is going to have to live with what he did taking 3 young childrens father away from them, and a man that served our country. And for what reason?
