Went with the office there for lunch yesterday. It was great. The food was fresh and our server Matt was speedy with service. We'll be back. I think we should all give this 'topic' a rest on here. It shouldn't be about the employees personal lives anyway. Get back to the food!

Went there once and ordered the shoulder and my friend had the shredded pork this was the furthest thing from bbq that ive had paid $9 for lunch and left hungry yeah service was friendly I guess to make up for the food...will not be back!

guess thats what you get for hiring a bunch of felonys and drug addicts like the head cook looked her up on the warren county regional web site now we know what this place is about and look up the owner to is the police going to do anything or not

Lost River is in no way affiliated with this place. Just because a man has some money invested don't make it a dual business. Lost river is packed almost every night so your opinion is only that an opinion.
Concerned citizen what exactly are the police going to do raid it because they read on topix about this that and another. How about y'all keep your redneck asses out of all the restaurants and cook you some canned vegetables that where bought with government money because you got your check last week. F'in losers.

Another recently opened restaurant is Wild Hawgs Smokehouse at 160 River Place Ave.
Occupying a space that once held a Chinese buffet, Wild Hawgs opened earlier this month and specializes in barbecue, brisket and other smoked meats.
The new restaurant includes a full bar and is a partnership between Campbellsville barbecue expert Pat Blevins, Jody Allen and Lost River Pizza owners Keith Coffman and his father, Danny Coffman.

If you are so concerned about Keith then maybe you should talk to him personally. If you are so caught up in having to dig up articles and want to dog his places then you are either just a piss poor excuse for a person or he has in some way hurt your business with his recent accomplishments in the food and beverage Industry. Hope your not talking about me. I haven't said one bad thing about Wild Hawgs.

"You suck" said Lost River wasn't affiliated with Wild Hawgs. Having read local articles I knew that wasn't true. So I googled {lost river wild hawgs smokehouse} and not only found a article I read when it came out, but the Linkedin link I didn't know about, and posted it.

And for the record I have no problems with Keith Coffman. He seemed like a ok guy when I met him at Lost River. I wish him luck in all his business ventures.

I hope you know that food poisoning takes 36 to 48 hours. It is a serious offense and if you are wanting to really make it a serios accusation then you have to report it to the health department and make a formal complaint with your name and all your information so be careful with those words. If you ate just a hater then go to hell you rat bastard. I'm a fan of this place so go away if you are just another troll on here trying to degrade a business.

Pat Blevins a BBQ expert??????????Hahahahahahaha ha, that has to be the funniest thing I have EVER heard! Heard that at his "other" place that he took all the glory for the cooking and didn't even do it! Had all the employees do all the work!!! I guess they didn't check his resume!

Folks, it don't matter who owns, operates, serves, cooks, uses dope, likes or hates. The BBQ served here, from my and others dining experiences, isn't good BBQ and the service is somewhat lacking at times. It won't matter if they're expert business managers with a huge bankroll, any restaurant that isn't serving a decent plate, especially BBQ, will not survive. If this place can't improve, and offer some real jaw-dropping smoked BBQ they will either need to close or change their specialty. Bowling Green has far too many good restaurants for a third-tier dive with a bad location to make it.

I've been there 3 times. Never had an issue with the food. As a matter of fact, the food was great! Only issue I had was a fubar order the first visit, probably due to being a new place.. Been great every time since!

Well, I read this entire point of view and decided to go check for myself. I love good BBQ and have eat a lot of varieties, some good some bad. After trying this BBQ myself I would have to say, something about the meat just isn't right. No smoke taste, no smoke color, in fact it just tasted oven cooked not wood smoked. I don't know what goes on here and don't care, but if you're gonna get in the BBQ business by all means please GET IN THE BBQ BUSINESS!

Everybody knows where the best BBQ is in bowling green and it sure as hell ain't wild hawks it's smokey pig on Louisville rd if you ain't never ate their then you have never had good BBQ!!!!
