Sure, the Munsee's pack up their stuff, and under no pressure at all, leave the land the Oneida lent to them to follow a priest out west. Now, they think they want to come back to NYS with all their Indian Reorganization Act baggage and bring that back here. There is no way a NY Tribe would welcome that prospect.

Both Tribes are becoming greedy like the non-natives and are buying into the White Man's game of divide and conquer tactic they used in the past to swindle Indigenous People. Yes, you have the right to pursue it in court; however, try to work it out amonst yourselves.
